These often seem like a curse, but in truth they are valuable opportunities for growth. Only by confronting our unconscious sides can we develop further and develop our potential. Evolution shows that everything is constantly changing, transforming and striving for balance. But in our modern society we have never learned to connect with ourselves internally. Instead, we look outwards and look for quick solutions. In doing so, we forget that true change always begins within.
Science has shown us that our self-image and worldview are largely shaped by childhood. This time of conditioning and learning certain behavioral patterns shapes our personality. With the processes of thoughts, feelings and emotions, we all create our own individual reality.
Who is it that observes all these thoughts and feelings?
The rational thinking in a person is limited and is influenced by other levels, unconsciously. These levels cannot be perceived by our ego alone, as they operate in the unconscious. Conscious focus and relearning this level of perception is the path to change. Observer consciousness allows us to gain distance from our thoughts and feelings and to look at them as they are in order to ultimately understand and transform them. Furthermore, we are otherwise doomed to experience the imprinted sensations and realities over and over again. Trinity Coaching aims to look at challenges in a new light and perspective. Every problem contains an opportunity for transformation. If we take responsibility for our lives and recognize our unconscious patterns, we can free ourselves from old patterns and lead a more fulfilling life.
Feelings and emotions are energies waiting to be seen and transformed. If we turn to them and look at them with the observer consciousness, we can transform them into positive power and fill our lives with new energy. All transformations also contain a gift that manifests itself very presently after the change.
