My story

" From professional athlete to psychologist"

For as long as I can remember, I have perceived the world and my surroundings in a way that no one could really explain to me at the time. In my perception, reality is permeated by energies - what we see is only the surface; reality consists of several levels. The past often repeats itself in supposedly new phases of life. Emotions and feelings are timeless, and people are more than just their bodies and their sensations.

These perceptions were dismissed as "daydreaming" or a fertile "imagination." As a result, I focused entirely on sport during my youth. Psychology was neither a concept nor an option for me at that time. My goal was to become a professional athlete - a dream that came true and gave me the opportunity to live my passion for excellence and expanding my physical limits. Over the years of professional sport, I often had to push myself beyond my physical and mental limits. In doing so, I realized that my childhood experiences were not my imagination, but part of reality. Sport became a platform on which I learned to better understand myself, the human psyche and its spiritual nature.

In 2016, I enrolled at Brunel University in London to study psychology. As an undergraduate, I focused on the energetic aspects of humans, both physically and mentally. I was particularly interested in the work of Carl Jung and the field of psychosomatics, especially his definition of the unconscious that works deep within us. During my studies in London, I was able to deepen my knowledge and interests through my work at various mental health organizations and institutions. I then completed my Master of Arts in Ecology & Spirituality at UWTSD University in Wales.

Since then, I have worked with people from a wide range of industries and sectors. This includes not only private clients, but also professional athletes and companies that have recognized the potential of developing each individual. For me, my profession is more than just a job, it is my calling.
